We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery with the exception of final sale items. Items must be be unworn and packaging must be returned with the product. Orders past 30 days will not be accepted for any forms of returns.
To process your return you will need your order number, first and last name. Your order number can be found on either your email confirmation or packing slip, included in your order. You can return or exchange your item for a refund, minus the $5 shipping and handling fee.

Refunds are only processed once the package arrives back to our office. Please note that we can’t process refunds more than 30 days after the date of shipment.

Don’t forget to keep your tracking number until the package arrives to us. Once we receive it, you will be refunded.
RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All returns must be unworn and packaging must be returned with the product. Item must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Any unauthorized returns ( worn items, missing packaging or after the 15th day ), will be refused and returned to sender.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item had arrived damaged).
Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to be returned to your account, based on your bank processing time.
TAXES/DUTIES/(FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS):
Buyer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties. If you decide to refuse any shipments from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to LOLA HOOP. Once we receive the package your refund or will be processed immediately. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
RETURNS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns.
Even though, our jewelry is made of high quality gold filled or plated materials, this is NOT a solid gold and you need to take a little extra care of it. With each order we include a HANDLING AND CARE sheet, where you can find tips on how to take care of your jewelry. If buyer does not follow instructions (for example: spray the jewelry with perfume, or constantly expose it to water and chemicals) and damage their piece, LOLA HOOP is not responsible for exchanging or replacing the piece with a new one. Of course accidents happen, so you can always contact us, and we will look through your unique circumstances.
